Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 25 years old, have a good physique, and exercise rarely. I had a breakup in the last year. After that, I started masturbating for the first time in my life and I did it compulsively for one month about four to five times a day. After that, I suddenly stopped it then I experienced sperm leakage through urine and felt weak after urination. I had trauma in 12th because my girlfriend cheated on me and had depression due to low self-esteem and peer pressure for not having a job, but recovered by joining the gym. I consulted an Ayurvedic doctor and underwent a treatment called vajikaran. For the past one week, I cannot get in full erection, I have to overstimulate to get in full erection and I have sleep issues too. Because of this I am stressed and my friend said I have erectile dysfunction. How can I tackle this situation? Please help.
Thank you.

I understand your concern. Sexual weakness can be due to excessive masturbating habits in the past. Taking only medicines will not help in overcoming the situation. In order to regain your stamina and strength, I suggest you do the following -
I suggest you take the following ayurvedic medications for three to six months -
You can stop the previous medicines and avoid all sexual activities including masturbation for a few weeks to rejuvenate your urogenital system. I hope your queries are resolved and any further queries are welcome.
