Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have seen your query and examined your pic (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity).

It seems you have male pattern baldness or androgenic alopecia. In males, most cases are of androgenic alopecia, which is a genetically determined disorder characterized by the gradual conversion of terminal hairs into indeterminate, and finally into vellus, hairs. For your condition, you can use 5 % Minoxidil lotion with Finasteride, applying one ml locally twice daily. Please note that during the initial two months of use, you may experience an increase in hair fall, but do not discontinue it. Consult your general practitioner or a nearby dermatologist before starting this treatment.

Minoxidil is generally safe to use and should be used continuously for continued benefit. Additionally, you may continue using it for as long as you desire medical treatment for your hair fall. Alongside this treatment, consider taking vitamin supplements once daily for six months.

Please schedule a review one month after starting the treatment.

Thanks for using icliniq, and have a nice day.
