Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am having pain at a point in the right side chest and I also have a hair fall problem.

Also, I am having back pain and shoulder pain. I tested for vitamin D and it is too low. So taking vitamin D medicine will cure this issue or did I need to do any other thing?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It seems to be due to some deficiency of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin D. Lack of exercise, sitting in the wrong posture, and sleeping in the wrong posture. Taking medicines will not work permanently.

1. Have exposure to mild sunlight daily.

2. Do neck back and shoulder exercises daily.

3. Do yoga and pranayam.

4. Do deep breathing exercises daily.

5. Avoid heightened pillows.

I advise you to take,

1. Calcitriol (vitamin D) sachets one sachet per week for six weeks

2. Tablet Pan 40 (Pantoprazole) one tablet on empty stomach.

3. Tablet Zerodol TH 4 (Paracetamol, Aceclofenac and Thiocolchiside) twice a day.

Continue all these tablets for five days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
