Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My baby is 21 months old. The day before yesterday, my baby girl fell down while sitting only, but she got hurt on her lips because of her teeth. But today, I saw a little pus in that tear. Will it cure on its own, or do I have to do something or consult? Shall I apply turmeric to her lips?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I am very sorry about your medical condition. Do not worry; I am here to take care of you. Regarding your baby's lip wound after a fall, I propose she has developed a lip contusion.

Please give her the following:

  1. Take syrup Augmentin 225 mg PO BID.
  2. Take syrup vitamin C 500 IU PO TID.
  3. Take syrup Acetaminophen 250 mg TID.
  4. If your symptoms persist, schedule another appointment for follow-up via chat, phone, or video consultation.
  5. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
