Based on your reply, it has been a long time since then. The anesthetic effects should have worn out by now. Give the child plenty of rest and water, and avoid physical exertion for 24 hours. If this anesthetic effect continues even after 24 hours, I suggest you immediately go for an in-clinic emergency checkup.

But if he recovers well, I still advise against walking, swimming, straining, or any exercise for the next week. If he has a fever or tooth swelling, let me know immediately. If he has pain right now, you can give him an Ibugesic Jr. (Ibuprofen and Paracetamol) syrup twice daily, around 5 ml.
