Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am sending photographs as I have some skin sores on my hand and leg. Please check and diagnose

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern. It is not an allergic rash. However, I would like to ask a few questions about it.How long might it be present? Is it itchy? Is it painful when you press it? Was there an outbreak of fever? Is there a similar lesion in the mouth? Or Is there any history of a comparable lesion? The foot lesion looks to be corn, but I am not certain. It might be a viral outbreak.

Thank you and take care.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

It is not itchy or painful, and I have no fever or oral lesion. But previously, the rashes were larger and healed. However, they returned in smaller sizes in other locations.

Please help.

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

What was the diagnosis previously made and what medication did you take to cure it? I recommend you visit a dermatologist to obtain a diagnosis and guide you about it. Revert with the answer to assist further.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor

I went to a dermatologist, and he diagnosed me with lichen planus, an autoimmune condition.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

I do not consider myself convinced it is lichen planus either, but if the dermatologist suspects it is, it could be. How is the lesion behaving now? Is there any alteration or fresh eruption somewhere else in the body? What medications are you taking as a result of your dermatologist consultation? Is there any progress so far?

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Regards.

Hello doctor,

I am sending you the most recent photographs.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern. I have downloaded it.(attachment removed to protect the patient's identity) A papular cutaneous lesion is seen. Do you use steroid ointment? Are you currently on any antibiotics? I am hoping that the dermatologist's recommended prescription will help.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
