Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Depending on the symptoms mentioned by you, It can be an ACL (Anterior cruciate ligament) sprain or can be generalized ligamentous laxity.

I suggest you follow the below-mentioned instructions.

  1. Take a tablet of Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily for 10 days after food.
  2. Take a tablet of Rabeprazole 20 mg once daily for 10 days.
  3. Take a tablet of Shelcal (Calcium) 500 MG once daily for 30 days before food.
  4. Take a tablet of Vitamin D 60 K once daily for 10 days.
  5. Activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily until knee pain and swelling resolve:
  6. Squatting, kneeling, twisting, pivoting, jogging, aerobics, dancing, and playing sports.
  7. You should wear a hinged knee brace for support to the knee joint by wearing it all day, and you can remove it at night.
  8. Apply ice packs twice daily for 15 mins each.
  9. Kindly send the MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) report so that I can see it and give accurate advice.
  10. I hope this information will help you.

    Thank you.
