Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

I reviewed the report (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity), and I suppose it is keratolysis exfoliativa.

This condition is not due to any vitamin deficiency or any other deficiency. Keratolysis exfoliativa is a form of eczema, and it does not cause any irritation or itching. However, you must frequently apply moisturizing cream containing soft white paraffin on your hands and feet.

Also, avoid frequent washing of hands and feet, hard soaps, and use gloves while cutting and washing activities.

I hope this helps.
