Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. It looks like a keloid. You did not mention the place. Keloids are usually seen at the site of trauma and sometimes without it. When spontaneous, the most common site is the pre-sternal area over the chest. Intralesional steroid injections are usually the first line of treatment. At home, I suggest you can apply Contractubex (Allantoin, Cepae Extract, and Heparin Sodium) cream if you can find it locally or online. Using it twice a day for several weeks might be helpful. Take care.
