I am a 35-year-old female. My child eats junk food every day. I think that these are ultra-processed foods. What nutrients are present in ultra-processed foods?   4. Educate your child about the importance of healthy eating and involve them in meal planning and preparation.
  5. Model healthy eating habits. Eat meals together as a family to reinforce healthy choices.
  6. Use non-food rewards to encourage healthy eating habits. Praise and positively reinforce your child when they choose healthy snacks.
