  3. Apply Tretinoin 0.1 percent gel at night for two weeks.

  4. Take tablet Zinc 110 mg once a day after dinner for 30 days.

  5. Increase vitamin A intake in your diet.

  6. Eat carrots, mangoes, papaya, green veggies etc.

  7. Do not scratch or rub the lesions.

  8. Avoid stress.

  9. Avoid using harsh soaps.

  10. Avoid scratching and rubbing.

  11. Avoid chronic friction.

  12. Avoid exposure to extreme weather conditions.

  13. Stay in a well-ventilated cool environment.

  14. Avoid activities that cause sweating.

  15. Wear loose comfortable thin cotton clothes.

  16. Take a tablet of Levocetirizine 5 mg at night after food for seven days.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.
