Hello doctor,
I missed my periods. And my last period was 11 months ago, which appeared as drops and lasted for five days. I also did a pregnancy test, but it came as negative.
Why is it so? Please help.

There are many factors that can cause delayed periods other than pregnancy. Following strict diets, doing strenuous exercises, contraceptive pills, medications, and hormonal imbalances can all delay periods.
