Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

I have a few questions.

1. Have you recently taken any contraceptives?

2. Did you observe any thyroid irregularities?

I suggest you do a thyroid function test, complete blood cell count, high vaginal swab, and cervical smear. I also suggest you consult a gynecologist for a hysteroscopic examination. The unscheduled bleeding could be due to infection, hormonal disturbance, pelvic pathology, cervical erosion, endometrial polyp, etc.

1. If the laboratory tests come normal, I suggest you take a combined oral contraceptive pill cyclically for three months.

2. Take a healthy diet.

3. Do regular walks, and indulge in recreational activities.

4. Maintain your weight and basal metabolic rate.

It seems you could have irregular anovulatory cycles.

Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
