Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 47 years old and have had tremors in my hand for many years, especially when I am around people. But, now it is happening more often. What is it, and what should I do?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Intentional tremors occur due to stress, anxiety, and fear of people. Do you have any stress, fear, or anxiety?

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor for the reply,

I do not know what to say. I work as a school bus driver during the day and at night. Can you suggest a treatment for this problem? I have attached my test reports.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have gone through the reports you have attached (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). The test reports are normal except lipid profile which shows high cholesterol. So, I suggest you take the tablet Rosuvastatin 5 mg once a day and at night before going to sleep for two months, and the tablet Propranolol 40 mg once at night before going to sleep (consult a specialist doctor, talk with him or her, and take medications with their consent).
