Hello doctor,
I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Four years ago, my TSH level was 14. After starting Eltroxin (Levothyroxine) medication, it was reduced to 9, then 7, and recently it has come down to 4.6. However, the swelling in my neck has not decreased. What should I do? Please advise me on any home remedies and exercises that might help. Additionally, I have been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis for the past 7 years. I am also scheduled for hip replacement surgery due to avascular necrosis.
