Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am a 26-year-old married woman. My wedding was last year, almost ten months back. So far, we cannot have sex properly. My partner is unable to put his penis in. I feel so much pain and uncomfortable when he tries to put it in. So I always repel. When we examined my vagina last time, we got wondered because we could not see any hole in my vagina. Hymen is fully covered and also very thick. So I think that is the problem. But not sure. Please help.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Do not worry. Use some anesthetic jelly-like Xylocaine gel (Lidocaine hydrochloride) during intercourse for a few weeks, and also use some lubrication like vaseline also. Gradually reduce the amount of anesthetic gel. I suggest taking tablet Ultracet (37.5 mg Tramadol hydrochloride and 325 mg Acetaminophen) half tablet 30 minutes before intercourse for a few weeks. Send me to follow-up after seven days.
Regards.
