Hello doctor,
I had oral sex with an unknown married female. She was sucking my penis, and after some time, she became aggressive and bit the foreskin on my penis. A small drop of blood came out of my glans penis. Should I go for an HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) test? Also, which test should I take?

The chances of transmission of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) by a single, unprotected, oral sex with an HIV-positive person is almost nil unless there are bleeding wounds in the oral cavity.
