Hi doctor,
I am 19 years old, my weight is 136.7 pounds, and my height is 5’7 inches. I want to increase my height. I also have significant lower back pain.
Could this be a sign that my growth plates are opening or closing?

Stand tall, sit straight, and avoid slouching to improve your appearance and back strength.
Only take vitamin D or calcium supplements if a doctor finds a deficiency through blood tests, do not start them on your own.
