My head has been hurting on the right side for the past two or three days, and I cannot tell if it is a brain tumor or migraine, but yesterday night it was not hurting until I woke up today. Please help.

No, it cannot be a brain tumor or migraine. A tumor does not come all of a sudden. Such headaches can be due to stress, using lots of screens, and not getting enough sleep. So please let me know if you have any of these. How many hours do you sleep? I suggest you take a tablet of Paracetamol 500 mg once a day after a meal when you have a headache.
