Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am 47 years old. I have a gastric problem, stomach pain, and headache. Please help.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
As per your clinical history, please do an endoscopy and ultrasound abdomen to know the exact status of your GI (gastrointestinal) tract. Regarding medications, you can take Clarithromycin, Metronidazole, and Pantoprazole. You can have lifestyle modifications. Try to avoid drinking alcohol, smoking and having painkillers. Wash your hand before eating anything. Try to reduce your stress. Take vitamin B complex tablets regularly. Try to eat small meals and avoid taking spicy, and fried fatty foods.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
