Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Since the onset of COVID-19 and global lockdown, most people are spending their days at home, and physical activity has decreased, which is not good for our physical and psychological well-being. The symptoms you are experiencing could be because of the above-mentioned reasons, but there could be other reasons. You can start by just doing yoga for 5 minutes at home and taking sunlight or fresh air every day for at least 10 minutes. You can increase the time duration for both gradually. You can also take multivitamin supplements from any drugstore nearby.
If the symptoms persist, please do not hesitate to contact me again.
I hope this helps.
