Do Xanax, Lyrica, Ketamine, and Baclofen cause hallucinations?

Hello doctor,

My sister was taking Xanax, Lyrica, Ketamine, Baclofen, and other unknown substances, and very big quantities. She was hallucinating, imagining talking to people when she was alone and not making sense, and suddenly fall asleep. She was using the substances for one year I think but I am not 100 % sure. She had been using it for many years before that, but not as much as in this one year, and after quitting for three weeks, she had weird reactions to situations. In her speech, she would say a sentence and talk fast and then slow and then fast and then slow in the same sentence. She would say something and forget it directly.

Even after gradually tapering such a problem reoccurs then it may be relapsed. Whether she starts taking addiction again? Or any other stress or tension? Usually, relapse is secondary to substance addiction. What are the main symptoms she is going through and how long and how it started? Mostly it looks like withdrawal from substance. Did she reduce substance addiction under guidance? Did she reduce it over 3 weeks?
