Is a hair mask with avocado and shea butter good for thin hair?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I had thick hair when I was a kid, and now it has become so thin, and sometimes the hair follicle hurts a bit, and my hair falls in the shower like crazy. I have had wavy hair my whole life, and I wanted to get it smooth and heavy a bit because it is always voluminous. I have found that if I use a hair mask with intense nutrition, the yellow one with avocado and shea butter, I fill my hair with it, then I dry it out with a towel and get the smoothest, waviest hair that I ever wanted. I have been doing this for months; I want to know if this is affecting my hair and not letting it get air or if it is normal and not affecting my hair. How can I get the same effect but healthily, and how can I regrow my hair?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. To improve hair line, quality of hairs, alone medicines will not work permanently. I would suggest you wake up early and go for a morning walk regularly till you get good sweating. Do yoga and pranayam regularly. Take dates, bananas, and green leafy vegetables regularly. You should avoid fast foods. Use mild herbal shampoo and apply Arnica Montana fortified hair oil regularly. Take one tablet of VB 7 HAIR (biotin, vitamins, minerals, amino acids) one per day for 12 weeks. Please follow up with me after six weeks.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.

Regards.
