Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have diffuse pattern baldness in my crown area. I suffered from severe hair fall a few years ago and I want to replace it permanently. All procedures I have heard are temporary. Is there any permanent hair-fixing solution? I would like to know if there is any permanent solution for this.
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
It seems to be alopecia areata. Medicines alone will not work permanently. So, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.
1. Wake up early and go for a morning walk regularly till good sweat.
2. Practice yoga and meditation regularly.
3. Take dates, beetroot, jaggery, and green leafy vegetables regularly.
4. Avoid fast foods.
5. Take a VB7 (biotin, vitamins, minerals, amino acids) hair tablet once daily for 12 weeks.
6. Apply Minoxidil (antihypertensive vasodilator) at night for 12 weeks.
Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.
I hope this has helped you.
Thanks and regards.
