I have been experiencing hair loss. Could you explain what trichology is and how it relates to diagnosing and treating hair loss? Can you describe telogen effluvium and how it differs from other types of hair loss? What are the common causes of telogen effluvium, and what treatment options are available? Are there any lifestyle changes or specific hair care practices that can help manage or prevent this condition?

Kindly help.

I hope this helps.
