Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I used a penis pump a few moments ago, and my foreskin got swollen after using it. Now, it looks like the entire penis has got swollen. I think all of this happened due to the penis pump.
Will it cause any trouble, and will the penis become normal again?
Please advise.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
I request that you send an image of the penis because it is swollen, so I need to look at it. I can not comment without looking at the image.
Thank you.

Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
From the image attached (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), it looks like the foreskin has become tight, which might cause phimosis. Do you face any difficulty in retracting the foreskin? I think you might need some surgical intervention.
I request that you send some more images. The swelling might disappear after surgery.
Kind regards.

Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I reviewed the attached images (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). I will suggest some medications to reduce swelling and pain. If the swelling worsens, consult a nearby surgeon.
