Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Thank you for the response.
I have the symptoms from the past two weeks. I do not have fever. I have used tablet Pepcid AC, however it did not work. I do not feel nauseous during the daytime, but it is more in the morning. My doctor has suggested it as an acid reflux. Currently, I am taking more of yogurt, coconut water, and one cup of fruits and vegetables. Also, I feel full after eating small quantities. I am worried. Do I have a serious condition?
Kindly advise.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
There is nothing serious, as you have had symptoms for only two weeks, and you do not have alarming symptoms like weight loss, vomiting, or blood in vomit. It can be acid reflux, as you are almost always on an empty stomach. The acid that is produced is not neutralized by food.
The symptoms will subside when you take regular meals as before. I suggest you take the capsule Esomeprazole 40 mg once daily before food. It can help control acid production and improve the symptoms.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
