Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

I have checked your pictures (attachments removed for patient identity protection). If there is unprotected sex, one must consider sexually transmitted infection. Go for the following test.

  1. Treponema pallidum haemagglutination (TPHA) test.
  2. HPV (human papillomavirus) DNA polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.
  3. Herpes simplex virus (HSV) 1 and 2 immunoglobulin G test.
  4. Herpes simplex virus (HSV) 1 and 2 IgM, serum test.
  5. Chlamydia trachomatis immunoglobulin G test.
  6. HIV one and two antibodies, screening test.
  7. HBsAg (Hepatitis B surface antigen) test and urine test.

If it is not a sexually transmitted disease, it can be a simple bacterial infection. You can use ointment T Bact (Mupirocin) for local application and take tablet Doxy 100 (Doxycycline) milligrams twice daily for five days. If there is itching, you need to think of a fungal infection. Use ointment Candid B for local application and take the tablet Cetirizine once a day at night for itching. Ensure you wash your genitalia twice daily, morning and night, and use no cold or hot water. Do not use heavy pH soap.

Thank you.
