What should a person do if his penis fails to remain erect during sexual intercourse even after taking the tablet Viagra 25 mg?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

We got married three years ago and have been having intercourse, but my wife cannot get pregnant. I have been having erection issues for the last two months. My penis does not become erect whenever we have sexual intercourse. It becomes erect when we get close in the morning or afternoon. I took the tablet Viagra 25 mg and 50 mg as prescribed by the doctor, but I do not see any improvement when we have sexual intercourse.

Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.

I recommend incorporating regular perineal and pelvic exercises into your routine. Additionally, ensure to include dates, beetroot, bananas, and green leafy vegetables in your diet on a regular basis. Herbal remedies can help enhance your overall strength. Consider taking the Semento capsule (containing tribulus terrestris, mucuna puriens, anacyclus pyrethrum, and withania somnifera) twice daily, along with Musli Pak (comprising chitrak, ashwagandha, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, safed musli, and abhrak bhasma), one teaspoon twice daily for a duration of three months.

Thank you for consulting me.

You can always reach me at icliniq.com.
