How to increase the penis size and cure erectile dysfunction?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a small penis. I am suffering from erectile dysfunction and sometimes there is a pain in my penis after discharge.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

Erectile dysfunction usually occurs at the age of 40 to 50 years. In young males, erectile dysfunction may usually occur due to physical inactivity, hyperlipidemia, alcohol, smoking, stress, anxiety, antidepressants, diabetes, hypertension, and venous leak. There are two main types of erectile dysfunction. The psychogenic type occurs due to a sedentary lifestyle, consuming unhealthy food, stress, anxiety, mental disturbance, etc. The other type is organic, in which there is an underlying disease.

Normal erectile penis length is between 4 to 5.5 inches. If it is in this range, there is no need to worry. However, treatment involves behavioral changes, lifestyle changes, and certain medications. Even surgical options can be considered if all other options fail.

I suggest you the following instructions mentioned below,

1) Take laboratory tests, including serum TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone), serum testosterone, serum prolactin, fasting lipid profile and undergo a doppler ultrasound penis.

2) Take one sachet of L-Arginine (amino acid) in the afternoon after the meal for three months.

3) Take a multivitamin tablet containing zinc oxide, vitamin E, selenium, and vitamin B in the morning after breakfast for one month.

4) I suggest you to avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, consuming junk food, and carbonated drinks.

5) I advise you to start some physical exercises and have a healthy, nutritious diet.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them and take the medications with their consent.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
