Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It would help if you took the following tablets,

Tablet Ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily for five days after food.

Tablet Deslor (Desloratadine) once daily for five days after food.

Tablet Rabeprazole 20 mg twice daily for five days after food.

Tablet vitamin C 500 mg twice daily for five days after food.

Do not take any of the above medicines if you are allergic to them, and kindly consult with your doctor before taking the medication.

Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. But avoid drinking cold fluids. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid foodstuff with a lot of oil and butter, This usually takes two to three days to get better, If symptoms do not reduce, then antibiotics will be required.

I hope you find it helpful.

Regards.

Probable diagnosis

The probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).

Treatment plan

Follow up after three days.
