Hi doctor,
I am having difficulty focusing, cannot explain what is on my mind properly, and get zone out most of the time. When in crowded places I need to get out for few minutes and then get back, trying to put myself in someone's shoes for me to able to understand them, and I am having trouble sleeping at night. I do not have any medications ever since.
Thank you.
