I am 25 years old, and I took the contraceptive injection this year. However, I have been experiencing bleeding for the past four months. I am afraid because I have not gone through this before. What is the solution to this problem?

It might be due to urinary tract infection or pelvic inflammatory disease. I suggest you take the coagulation agents to stop bleeding (consult a specialist doctor, talk with him or her, and take medications with their consent) and undergo the following tests:
- Urine culture test.
- Vaginal test for microbiology.
- Blood test to know the hemoglobin levels.
- PT or INR (prothrombin time or international normalized ratio) and coagulation tests.
- Abdominal and pelvic ultrasounds.
