Soft denture liners come with a stick or spoon-like instruments. It would be best if you put it on by using these things. When you wear your dentures, ensure that you do not put too much liner on them.

Put some drops of liner on it or make a thin lining if you have liquid. One will only spread a little if properly handled. At your age, you can also take the help of a young one. You can change your dentures because they normally do not need retention substances if appropriately made.
