Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your question and I can understand your concern. It looks you are having acute apical periodontitis with buccal space and other spaces related infection. This condition needs antibiotics treatment and it is necessary. Take following medicines if you are not allergic to any of it and if your weight is more than 50 kg. Tablet Augmentin 625 thrice daily, after every eight hours for five days, tablet Aceclofenac 200 mg twice daily for five days. In case you feel stomach upset take Pantoprazole 40 mg, empty stomach in the morning for one week.
