Hello doctor,
Is red warm patches on both legs, with tingling early stages of DVT? I went to the ER and they sent me home. I am currently on L-carnitine, L-Argentine, Suboxone, Aspirin, Fluoxetine, and Buspirone.

No, it is not an indication of DVT (deep vein thrombosis). The earliest symptom of DVT would be swelling, which is usually unilateral associated with pain. Rash may occur but in later stages and associated with swelling/pain, which may occur due to venous congestion. Also, I guess there are no risk factors for DVT like bedridden state, lower limb surgery, long haul flight, etc. So I do not think this is DVT. Now, why are you on Aspirin and other medications? Do you have any systemic disease which could explain these symptoms?
Regarding possible causes, these are inflammatory skin rashes, which may be due to due to allergies, insect bites, viral infections, skin irritation due to clothes and more likely possibility is of drug-induced as you are on medications like Aspirin, etc. So try to correlate with the above-mentioned factors.

I do not have any allergies to medications but only to shellfish and bees. I have been having blood pressure issues and thyroid issues that may consist of a goiter that I am having an ultrasound within two weeks. All my symptoms consist of reactions pertaining to peripheral neuropathy due to orthostatic hypotension, vein insufficiency, Raynaud's syndrome, etc. It is just tingling, kind of swollen on top of knees and behind knees, varicose veins are protruding when standing, and discoloration around ankles, and red warm to the touch patches on both legs. And if I stand too long, I get lightheaded and have to lay down with my legs elevated. When I worked in the freezer my hands, legs and feet would burn.

I have gone through these additional pictures (attachment removed to protect patient identity), and DVT is unlikely.
Patches over the ankles on both sides go very well with varicose veins. With this information, the reddish patches are likely to be related to varicose itself. Little swelling may be related to varicose itself. Varicose itself can cause some pain or fatigue in lower limbs.
Tingling may be related to neuropathy due to varicose or Raynauds. Orthostatic hypotension is unlikely to cause peripheral neuropathy. Burning sensation in hands-on cold exposure is suggestive of Raynaud's.
I guess you are already been evaluated for autoimmune diseases with autoimmune profile. You may also request for a duplex ultrasound to see the extent of venous reflux. Also, request for multivitamins supplements for neuropathy part.
So in nutshell, unlikely to be a DVT but I think you should have a proper evaluation once including autoimmune diseases and their disease activity and need for specific therapies, if not had it.
Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
