Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am in my early twenties. I have a curved penis, and it is the cause of my concern. Moreover, I ejaculate too fast (in less than a minute) and do not have any pain.
Do you think both these issues are related? Could you please suggest any medicine or supplements to improve my condition? I have attached pictures for reference.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have seen the pictures (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity) and I understand your concern.
There are multiple reasons for a curved penis, and it can be due to the following:
Please share the pictures of the erect penis (sideways and downwards) for a better diagnosis. If you experience pain during sexual intercourse, I recommend using the tablet Zerodol P (Aceclofenac) as a temporary solution. The curve in the penis is not related to early ejaculation. There are many reasons for premature ejaculation:
You need to check FBS (fasting blood sugar) or PPBS (postprandial blood sugar) to rule out diabetes. Check your blood pressure, and free T3 (triiodothyronine), T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) to rule out thyroid issues. You can use tablet Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30mg as a temporary solution.
Some of the natural methods are to increase the foreplay duration during sex. Women should receive fifteen to twenty minutes of foreplay, and men should receive ten to fifteen minutes of foreplay for good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection. Foreplay should be in a relaxed manner. Delay condoms may be of help. Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sexual intercourse. Sex is not a race; a long duration does not mean your partner is happy. Learn about female masturbation, and give your partner an orgasm or climax.
