Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your reports (attachment removed to protect patient identity).

  1. There is a mild elevation of total leukocyte count and absolute lymphocyte count is slightly high. So, there is nothing alarmingly wrong.
  2. You have no clinical complaint also, so this could be a temporary viral infection leading to lymphocytosis.
  3. If congestion occurs then, symptomatic management has to be done with a decongestant.
  4. Repeat CBC (complete blood count) with PS (peripheral smear) examination after a week.
  5. Until then, drink a lot of water and take a balanced diet.
  6. If in repeat CBC, lymphocytosis persists, then a clinical examination has to be done by a nearby doctor.
