Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned.

  1. Have a high vaginal swab.
  2. Follow strict hygiene.
  3. Sit in warm water and have a Sitz bath.
  4. Wear soft comfortable undergarments.
  5. Wear condoms to reduce transmission of sexually transmitted infections.
  6. Avoid using any cosmetics and products.
  7. Have a healthy diet, daily walks, exercise, and recreational activities.
  8. Take tablet Doxycycline 100 mg 12 hourly and tablet Metronidazole 400 mg 8 hourly for 7 days.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them, and take medications with their consent.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
