I want to know what steps are being done right now to combat the cholera epidemic, and how is the local medical system handling the illness outbreak?

What resources and preventative measures are also being used to stop the cholera epidemic from spreading, and what help is required to effectively manage and limit the outbreak in the area? Kindly help.
