Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have severe pain in my chest, anxiety, difficulty in breathing, loss of appetite, weakness, and weight loss. It has been over a month now and it is gradually increasing. It happens almost daily.
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern. Do breathing exercises whenever you feel anxious, breathing is a very good way to stay calm, during the bust of anxiety. Apply the 5.5 rule by inhaling for 5.5 seconds followed by exhaling for 5.5 seconds.
I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
