Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am experiencing severe burning when urinating, so I cannot sit or stand without pain. Even when I try to sleep, I still feel a burning sensation. I have been taking Uripass tablets, which have relieved me, but I experience twice as much pain when I forget to take them. Additionally, I have noticed a fishy smell coming from my vagina, which has a strong odor. When I attempt to masturbate and insert a finger into my vagina, it tightens and causes pain, and I only feel a small amount of pleasure when I press my clitoris. Despite taking the Uripass tablets, my symptoms have not fully resolved, and the pain returns when I stop taking the medication.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Your problem looks like pelvic inflammatory disease. You need antibiotics, analgesics, antihistamines, and douching of the vagina with an antiseptic solution and vaginal pessary or ointment for five days. Urinary tract infection is associated with one. Tablet Urispas (Flavoxate) only will help. Kindly consult with me for further clarification and a better understanding and treatment advice and prescription of drugs.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
