Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Does herpes symptom leave a mild, dull pulse pain in the tip of the penis only on the left side? And it only happens like one or two times a day. And last for only seconds. There are no other symptoms (burning urination, itch, aching, blisters, or anything like that). Or could that just be anxiety playing tricks on me? I am super anxious all the time. Or could it be a symptom of hemorrhoid pain? I have had hemorrhoids for a couple of years now, and they cause pain in the pelvic floor sometimes, or could it be another issue. I am worried and sick.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Thanks for consulting us.
Dull pulse pain on the tip of the penis has nothing to do with the previous herpes virus. And it is a completely normal thing that can happen to anyone. It is not as well due to hemorrhoids as they do not share a common nerve supply. No need to worry about it or do anything to deal with it.
If you have any more queries, please do not hesitate to ask.
Kind regards.
Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Thank you doctor. My anxiety has been crazy, and I did not know if it was my mind playing a trick on me or what. So there is no need to work about an STI from that dull pulse.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
The symptoms you presented have no relation with STI. Just relax, and no need to stress yourself. STD symptoms are consistent and very severe, then will need further workup. In your case, there is nothing to worry about and no need for a workup.
Kind regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
