Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 29-years-old female, and I weigh 160 pounds. I am a lesbian and have only had one sexual partner, whereas she has had several. I am experiencing burning and pain while urinating, but several bumps have appeared over the last year or so. It started as one or two tiny, tiny bumps around my clitoris and inside my lips down there, but now it is all red and swollen and looks like there are several bumps on my clitoris and lips, and it itches so badly and bleeds when I scratch it. My sexual partner is bisexual and we had oral sex. What could be the cause of this problem? Please help
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
Do not worry. It seems to be due to some infection following friction injuries during sexual activities. I am giving some suggestions for your problem here:
1. Clean the vagina with vaginal wash regularly.
2. Take plenty of water daily.
3. Put Clingen (Clindamycin and Clotrimazole) vaginal tablets inside the vagina one per day for three days.
4. Take capsule Itraconazole 200 mg one per day.
5. Capsule Doxt-SL (Doxycycline and Lactobacillus) 200 mg twice a day on the first day and once daily from second day onwards.
6. Tablet Allegra (Montelukast + Fexofenadine) 120 mg one per day.
7. Syrup Citralka (disodium hydrogen citrate) 15 mLin 200 mL water thrice daily.
I suggest you follow these for Seven days and follow-up.
Thank you.
