Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a chest burning sensation that comes and goes and difficulty breathing especially while moving or eating. I also have a stomach upset for the past two days now.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Yes, it is true mostly this kind of situation occurs when stressed or anxious or when think too much there can be other causes too sometimes like acidity also lead to chest burning sensation kind of feeling but it does not lead to heavy breathing. To treat your case completely, I need to rule out few things. Most common is anxiety here. You said that you get this whenever you are stressed. If it is due to food and other stuffs take Pantop (Pantoprazole) 40 mg once daily before meal for two days.

Do chest x-ray and later you can show me so I can look what actually causing it. And do CBC (complete blood count) test. Rest of the treatment, I can start after tests only. And it will be better if you switch to video mode where we can talk in brief.

The Probable causes

Allergic or anxiety.

Investigations to be done

Chest x-ray, CBC, Spirometry.

Differential diagnosis

Pneumonia.

Probable diagnosis

Asthma.

Treatment plan

After investigation.

Preventive measures

Avoid stress.

Regarding follow up

Anytime.
