Hi doctor,

I am a 32-year-old pregnant woman in the third trimester with 81 kgs of weight. I have intolerable pain under my right breast and ribs. Should I be concerned about the baby?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The pain is due to hormonal changes, sleeping posture, or fetus growth. I suggest tablet Paracetamol 500 mg and hot water fomentation. You will be fine.
