Hello doctor,
I had a recent blood test, and my report shows estimated average glucose levels of 160 mg/dL and HPLC of 7.2 %. What does it signify? Can I cure this condition without any treatment?

From your history, it seems like you have diabetes. You will need medication for the same. Consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.
1. Test fasting blood sugar (FBS) and post-prandial blood sugar (PPBS) and share the reports with us.
2. You have hypovitaminosis D. Take Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D) and repeat the vitamin D test after two months.
3. You have dyslipidemia. Take a healthy diet devoid of fats. Take tablet Atorvastatin 10 mg once daily at bedtime. Repeat the lipid profile after three months.
