Hi doctor,
I am a 45 years old male. I am 5 feet 8 inches in height and 160 lbs in weight. I started seeing fresh blood after passing a stool the previous week. After two days, I had mild diarrhea three times a day and again today.
I have had this intermittently for over ten years, my doctor ordered a colonoscopy seven years back, and it was clear. I have not had symptoms since then, and this has come suddenly. I do not have constipation or no pain while passing motion. I have regular motions and eat very healthily. Kindly help.

I have reviewed your concerns thoroughly. It looks like some local pathology in your anal area. The most common causes are anal fissures and hemorrhoids. I suggest you follow the instructions:
1. Take plenty of water.
2. Chew food well.
3. Avoid spices.
4. Do not push over for passage of stool.
5. Try to decrease toilet time.
6. Get a tub, put some semi-warm water and sit in the water for five minutes in the morning and night.
If you still feel blood and the problem does not resolve, I suggest you get the fecal calprotectin test. This test will give us a clue whether your colon has inflammation or is clean.
