I am suffering from bleeding gums and loose teeth. Kindly suggest medications to cure this. What should I include in my diet to get rid of it?

There can be many reasons for bleeding gums and loose teeth. It can be due to deposits of plaque and tartar, poor oral hygiene, genetics, problems in your liver and stomach, etc. First, you need to assess the cause of the problem. And I suggest you to start using mouthwash twice a day for ten days and brush at least twice a day with a soft toothbrush.

Also, I suggest you to visit your dentist to get scaling done.
