At 18, why am I having bumps inside my vagina?

Hi doctor,

I am an 18-year-old female. My height is 5 feet, and I weigh 110 lbs. My vagina opening is turning white. There are little tiny bumps everywhere (do not irritate at all). On the inside of my vagina, very deep, there is a hard rock thing. My vagina hole is somewhat swollen. There is no bad irritation, but sometimes it itches, but it goes away really fast.

Vaginal openings can vary from pink to brown to black, depending on the skin color. The discoloration to whitish may be an indication of fungal infection, and it may be the cause of irritation. For this, antifungals, after examination, are given by a gynecologist.
The little tiny bumps under the vaginal skin might be cysts. The cysts are sac-like structures usually filled with liquid or a hard substance that can manifest under the skin. These are painless, feel like pebbles, and can be moved with fingers. Treatment is generally not required, but if these are particularly large, the doctor might drain them. A warm water bath or a heating pad will temporarily relieve you. But if these are red bumps and do not change in size, it could be a cluster of overgrown blood vessels (angiomas), which are again harmless. And if these are either white, pink, or flesh-colored, they could be molluscum. Again, you need to see a doctor. And there are so many other causes, too.
The hard rock you mentioned could be a Bartholin cyst. There are glands in the vaginal lips that can become swollen and painful.
If you are sexually active, an STI (sexually transmitted infection) workup may be required.
